In 2012, Principessa Tea Company was launched as a bold new chapter in the Colaizzi Brothers story. What began as a small business venture in 2003 has grown into a thriving company rooted in family, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for quality.
As Colaizzi Brothers expanded, founders Sherry and Stephen Colaizzi recognized a new opportunity in the emerging world of gourmet loose-leaf tea. After two years of thoughtful research, testing, and sourcing, Principessa Tea Company was born—driven by their shared love of tea and a desire to offer something exceptional.
